Radical Minds Bright Futures is a mental health consultation and mentoring business dedicated to supporting young children's social-emotional and developmental well-being. We also provide peer-to-peer mentoring to educators and mental health workers through connection, guidance, and representation.

We’re grounded in a trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and culturally responsive framework. That means we don’t just focus on behavior — we explore the "why," honoring each child’s story and helping the adults in their lives grow in insight and compassion.

No, we do not provide therapy or clinical diagnoses. We offer consultation, mentoring, and educational support services. However, we can connect families with trusted therapeutic resources if needed. As we grow, we hope to expand into clinical services in the future.

We are proudly based in the New York–New Jersey–Connecticut Tri-State area and offer in-person services throughout the region. We also support families, educators, and organizations nationwide through virtual consultation, training, and peer support. No matter where you're located, we're here to help you foster healthy, empowered early childhood environments.

Sessions typically last  45–60 minutes, depending on your needs and the service selected.

Yes! We offer both one-time sessions and ongoing support through packages or multi-session engagements.

We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Payment information is provided during booking.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Yes! We often provide resources, tools, or summaries to support the implementation of strategies discussed.

Absolutely. We have a network of trusted providers and can refer families or educators to additional therapeutic or educational supports.
